President Donald Trump clarifies some of the comments he's made about Meghan Markle earlier.

President Trump arrived in London Monday morning for a three-day visit during which he met Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince Harry, Prince William, Kate Middleton and other members of the royal family as well as some British politicians.

To date, some items on the agenda included lunch and tea with the Queen, a state banquet, a visit to Westminster Abbey and a press conference with the Prime Minister. Theresa May, whose term ends on June 7.

President Trump also sits with a news presenter Morgan Piersfor an interview that will be broadcast on June 5th on ITV Hello Brittany. Morgan inquired about Trump's "bad comments" about the Duchess of Sussex, who had asked President Trump to clarify his earlier remarks.

"They said some of the things she said and it's actually on tape," he told Morgan. "And I said," Well, I did not know that she was naughty. "I was not talking about she is wicked. I said she was naughty with me. And basically, I did not know that she was naughty with me. "

He then congratulated her on "doing a good job".

"I hope she enjoys her life," he added. "I think she's very nice."

Asked again by Morgan about the "naughty" descriptor, he replied, "She was mean to me, and it does not matter to her." It's not good for me to be naughty with her and I was not there. "

All this dates back to 2016, before the elections, when Meghan appeared in an episode of The night show with Larry Wilmore. A day later, he went back on his words and tweeted: "I never called Meghan Markle's "nasty." Made by fake media, and they were caught off guard! Will @CNN, @NY Times and others apologize? I doubt it! "

During his Hello Brittany interview, Trump also congratulated Meghan's husband, Prince Harry, and called him "great guy". Prince Harry and the daughter of President Trump Ivanka Trumpspoke at an exhibition at Buckingham Palace on Monday, which he appreciated.

"He spent a lot of time talking to Ivanka and my family, and he could not have been nicer. I think it's awesome"Said Trump.

In addition, the president finds that the entire royal family is "really nice".

Prince Harry did not attend the banquet dinner Monday night and Meghan is not scheduled to attend any event with the President.
