The woman who got in trouble with comedian Tracy Morgan in her $ 2 million Bugatti on Tuesday said she was "traumatized" by her howl after the sinking – and she did not even know who he was.

Jocelyn Madulid, 61, spoke about his home in Jersey City, hours after his minor scrambling with the "SNL" star at 42nd Street and Tenth Avenue.

"I was just curious, people were taking pictures of him and the car," said Madulid, who slightly damaged his Honda SUV.

"I asked the traffic officer why people were taking pictures and he said," You do not watch TV? He's a famous guy, "she added.

Then there was a double-decker bus and the tour guide said, "Oh, this is Tracy Morgan! "Madulid said.

Morgan was filmed hitting the window of the angry woman after the wreck – which occurred just after the purchase of the exotic luxury vehicle – and Madulid said he scared her.

"I was driving, I heard someone hit me, I felt boom," she said.

"He was yelling at me, I was scared," she said about Morgan.

"I did not scream anything back. I just stayed in my car, "she added.

Madulid, who said he was on the way to work when the accident occurred, also said he was worried that his insurance bill would go up because Morgan was driving such an expensive car.

"I'm worried about it," she said.

She also insisted that Morgan hit her.

"We both turn right – people are still going through," she said. "So what happened is we both turn right. But I know that he hit me because I was already [turning]. I was there, it was him who hit me!
