New Jersey voters went to the polls on Tuesday to vote in the primary poll and choose candidates for Democratic or Republican elections in November.
Hundreds of municipalities across the state have held primary elections for elected offices in their boroughs, townships or cities, as well as county offices.
The 80 seats of the General Assembly will also be available this year.
The winners of Tuesday's election will run in November's general election.
