While the Royal Family and the outgoing British Prime Minister Theresa May rolled out President Trump's red carpet, the protesters were not so welcoming.
From the moment POTUS landed this week in the UK, protesters flooded the streets every step of the way. The noisy demonstrations give late night comedians an abundance of new material.
"British protesters are not kidding," Trevor Noah said on Tuesday Daily show. "Tens of thousands of people protested against Trump, and it was in the rain, I know it's a summer day, but that's not the issue."
Noah added: "Even the conservative British do not like Trump."
Stephen Colbert also took advantage of the cold reception Trump received from some British.
While footage of the protest was broadcast on international television, Trump insisted at a press conference that people gathered in the streets were actually admirers.
"There were thousands of people on the streets applauding," he said.
In his best imitation of Trump, Colbert joked about the Last show: "Do you know what I call it? False alcohol. "
