Princes have tattoos?

To this day, Prince William has no tattoos. However, the prince wanted to be tattooed back a few years ago until Kate Middleton dissuaded him. The future king would have liked to have a similar one to the former football star of David Beckham, a guardian angel.

A sailor deployed with the prince aboard the HMS Iron Duke in the Caribbean, told the William that William absolutely wanted to get the ink, but that Middleton, who was his girlfriend at the time, had not approved.

«Many guys on sports tattoos [and] it was obvious that William was fascinated, "said the sailor. "He asked how painful it was and wanted to know what they thought of his tattoo idea on his shoulders. We did not think he was serious, but he said he was eager to be tattooed as much as Beckham's. "

In the end, William did not have him and said to his comrades "the only thing that stopped him is his girlfriend".

As for the younger brother of the Duke of Cambridge, well, even though Harry was always considered wild and nervous, he never had any ink on his body. Moreover, his military friends never said that he would ever want to do it.

In 2018, Middleton was spotted with a small mark on his right hand at the opening of a new artist residency in Sunderland, England. This led many to wonder if and when the Duchess of Cambridge would get tattooed. However, Middleton's work was only temporary.

During a conversation with a group of Young Asian Voices, one of the girls asked the Duchess if she could draw a henna tattoo on her hand.

"I said," Would you like a drawing? "And she said," Yes, if you do not mind, "said Shajida Begum, the designer of the black flower drawing. "She said it was really pretty. I told him just how it works. I told her when she can wash it – I said "when it gets flaky".

Meghan Markle also opted for a semi-permanent ink compared to the real thing. On her trip to Morocco in 2019, a 17-year-old girl, Samira, asked the Duchess of Sussex if she could give him a henna tattoo.

Samira said, "This is a traditional practice for pregnant women in Morocco. This is to bring luck to the baby. Markle was heard to describe the drawing as "really charming" as she showed it to Harry.

Many wondered whether dukes and duchesses were tattooed if they broke any protocol. The answer is no, because members of the royal family have no rules against family members who are getting inked. In fact, some of them have permanent tattoos.

Lady Amelia Windsor, third cousin of William and Harry, wears several tattoos. The Daily Mail noted that she had one on the rib cage and one on each wrist, as well as a tiger on her shoulder.

Other royal families in Europe do not seem to have the rule against fouling: Princess Sofia of Sweden, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and Princess Stephanie of Monaco all wear tattoos.
