The testimony, approved earlier this year by a judge, will focus specifically on discovery issues in this case. The Sandy Hook families alleged that Jones' team had been incomplete in the records she had handed in as part of the case. The Jones team claims that it responded to the applicants' requests.
On July 1, Jones will be filed as a natural person in the matter and on July 2, in his capacity as corporate officer of its business entities, according to a person familiar with the proceedings. The planning of the deposition is always subject to change.
The date of Jones' testimony comes after segments of other evidence taken in the discovery case were made public last week in the court's records.
