An employee of a Florida nursery was arrested after the video surveillance showed her throwing children, according to police.
Katherine Weitz, 65, was arrested on charges of pedophilia after a director at Dream City Academy in central Florida discovered this disturbing video, police said.
An officer from the Ormond Beach Police Department, located about 100 kilometers northeast of Orlando, detailed the footage in an interview Wednesday with ABC's subsidiary, WFTV.
He said that part of the abuse had occurred during the nap of the young victims.
"There were tremors (and) two children struck during nap," said Keith Walker of the Ormond Beach Police Department. "Some of the children, she palpated the back of their heads with her hands and pushed them forward in their beds."
A video released by the ministry appeared to show a woman hitting a child in the face.

"We have discovered more than 30 incidents that could be considered as abuses against at least four different children," he added.
The incident appeared when an officer from the Dream City Academy's office began to have suspicions about how the children were being treated. They said they heard the young children crying and checking the surveillance footage, which highlighted the incident, according to WFTV.
Dream City Academy did not immediately respond to ABC News's request for comment.
The suspect was hired as a full-time employee at the daycare a few days before the abuse took place, sources told WFTV. Police said she had passed a background check.
Weitz was released on bail of $ 30,000 on Wednesday night. She is scheduled to appear on Tuesday, according to court records.
James Feuerstein, the Orlando-based lawyer and the representative, did not immediately respond to ABC News's request for comment.
