What a busy week it has been in the Nintendo world. E3 is now over and 90% of the Nintendo Life team feels ready to retire to our beds for long naps well deserved. But before that, it's time to share with you our weekend game plans. As always, we invite you to participate via our polls and comments section below. Enjoy!

I tend to be overly excited when it comes to announcing new games, so naturally when following up Breath of nature was announced at the E3 Direct Nintendo, I went back to the original and I started my quest again. And you know what … it's as good as the second time.

I've also taken advantage of the latest eShop sales and downloaded South Park: The Stick of Truth. I do not think I've laughed so much at a game in my life – there's just something fun about flatulence that I do not think anyone else is developing!

After Banjo's (and Kazooie's) announcement Tuesday as Challenger # 3, I went to eShop before going to bed, I picked up a pair of good gaming and I'm not sure. I immediately exchanged one for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I've already tried several times to get into Smash, but as I said in my Soapbox about it, it would take a banjo type ad to push me over the limit . Obviously, this came and even launched me from the cliff into Smash. I hope the promise of playing as a Banjo on a modern Nintendo platform will keep me motivated. I will definitely choose the brain of the resident guru of Smash, Alex Olney. I hear spammer Fox's laser is frowned upon? Alex will not tell me that I'm adorable after having harassed him for eight minutes in a row to tip him …

After my review, I would also like to go back and complete Cadence of Hyrule: The longest title of a video game in the world again using Link. Zelda was my main (see, I already have the jargon Alex!) When I reviewed it and only spent about half an hour with the Hyrule hero. Cracking little game, that.

Three months ago, I was ready to lose myself in Valkyria Chronicles 4 – it was my next big match, something that would keep me in mind of the rough waters that were before us, now that I had just given my opinion …

Inevitably, I played the tutorial mission and I just stopped playing. It's not that I did not like the game, with its comfortable graphics and its overall resemblance to the original. Sometimes you just pick something up and you know you're going to regret playing it. now, because now it's zero. So, I guess it's probably a good sign that I'm back on the bizarro anime western front …

I would not want to spend my week working in the low-budget irradiated city of Pripyat, but that's exactly what I did. This week, I spent hours in City of radiation but, to be honest, I asked that … literally!

Fortunately, between the pain, my old friend Tetris 99 was always there to comfort me. Like a glass of lemonade iced on a hot day, or an Ice Cream Tub + Bridgett Jones combo after a bad breakup, Tetris 99 always improves the tough times. Now, if only I could actually win for once

It sounds silly – but after the E3 has made me crazy about all the new games that are waiting for us over the next few months, I will probably spend my weekend playing the original / previous titles with great anticipation. Crossing of animals, Zelda, Luigi's Mansion, Pokémon, Ni no Kuni… Let's be honest: these are the games I spend most of my time on, while ignoring my growing backlog.

I will probably also watch the new trailer / gameplay sequences on my switch again so that I can pretend to read them already. sensationalI am lame.

E3 is finished! Life is slowly returning to normal but the retro game is here to stay. Spend a lot of time with Contra Anniversary Collection and Mana Collection later and continue to do so over the weekend. After two long years, Ninjara and Min Min for ARMS supremacy. I will use my unstoppable ninja skills to bring home gold. It will be much more difficult to choose a camp for this penultimate Splatoon 2 Splatfest: I am an adult adult who has not yet killed his inner child.

The obvious game of the week is Cadence of Hyrule. The game will trick you with its biting 2D graphics and its friendly stellar soundtrack for the ear worm, then you'll notice that it's 3 am and you're still screaming to the beat.

This week, I let myself go to some of the hot drops of the E3 week, namely the Contra Collection and Cadence of Hyrule, both are absolutely superb. Playing against Contra again brings me back to the good old days of pumping dimes into the Contra piece of furniture we had on our local chippy day (real sunny days!) Then pulling out my SNES copy of Super Probotector when it was time for the house.

I am also a big fan of Crypt of the necrodancer I am not surprised, therefore, to what extent I benefit from Cadence of Hyrule; Crypt's gameplay inserted into Zelda's world proves to be a perfect match, maybe it's the best Zelda spin-off I've ever played!

To be honest, now that the madness of E3 is over, I'm looking forward to playing a game of "sleep all weekend and maybe for the rest of the time". Failing that, however, I will probably continue my games in the process of Banjo-Kazooie and GoldenEye 007 on N64.

I started CONDEMN again in the middle of the week (I gave up my first match for some reason, so I wanted to give it another chance) and I was thinking Cadence of Hyrule in recent days, one of these could therefore appear.
