Page six has learned that Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are so serious that they plan to get married.
The couple was spotted in town drinking, eating and watching Broadway shows.
But our source said, "It's far more serious than the appointment evenings – I see them sneaking around to make things official.
"There will be no great ceremony. It will be something that will mark their love and all that they have lived to be together. "
In fact, Sanchez – who has just closed his divorce with Patrick Whitesell -, Hollywood's agent of power, is in charge of renovating the new $ 80 million residence of the leader of the Amazon.
Last month, Bezos invested three apartments adjacent to 212 Fifth Ave., overlooking Madison Square Park. Sanchez is thought to use his usual interior architect, Trip Haenisch, who designed the houses that she shared with Whitesell.
To celebrate the holidays of July 4, Sanchez took his man in a helicopter that she piloted himself, accompanied by a co-pilot. The couple was spotted after landing on the West Side helipad of Manhattan on exclusive photos obtained by Page Six.
Jeff, dressed in jeans and a blue baseball cap, sat at the back and came out relaxed after the flight.
But the two men went out separately from the plane, Lauren showing her fit physique in a white top and flowing pants, before jumping into an SUV and spinning at full speed.
It is now believed that lovebirds share their time between New York and Seattle.
While Bezos' divorce with his wife MacKenzie – with whom he shares four children – was already announced, they chose this quiet week of vacation to finalize the split in court.
MacKenzie is expected to receive a 4% stake in Amazon, which is about $ 38 billion, according to Bloomberg.
The injection of funds will catapult her to become the fourth richest woman in the world.
A judge from Bezos, Washington State, is preparing to endorse this deal this week, while the transfer of shares to MacKenzie will be confirmed by Amazon as part of a filing regulatory.
Peter Walzer, president of the American Academy of Marital Lawyers, said it was the "Godzilla of all divorces".
MacKenzie has promised to donate more than half of his fortune by joining the Giving Pledge campaign, a philanthropic campaign launched in 2010 by Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett.
She wrote in her promise: "I have a disproportionate amount of money to share."
