CULLMAN, Alabama – Police in Alabama said that a woman had shot her husband to try to shoot someone else in the act of driving rage.
According to media reports, Erica Cole was charged on Saturday with attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment.
Cullman County Sheriff, Matt Gentry, said the road rage incident had started on a highway and had ended in a house. He became violent when Cole tried to fire on someone else.
Instead, she shot into the head of her husband, Nicholas Cole. The sheriff says that he is in a stable state.
Erica Cole's bond was set at $ 30,000, according to CNN. The investigation is ongoing. We do not know if she has a lawyer.
