• Roserade with Razer leaf and grass knot
• Sceptile with Fury Cutter / Bullet Seed and Frenzy Plant
• Venusaur with vine whip / razor leaf and frantic plant

Luxray, Zapdos, Jolteon and other types of electricity and grass will also be useful.

The best moveet of Suicune is Hidden power with Hydraulic pumpbut his hidden power must be of the water type. This is the type of hidden power you will get, so you can use Extrasensory or Snarl instead. That being said, Suicune is probably better off like a heated bench.
