Dallas Cowboys rookie midfielder Tony Pollard impressed again Saturday night in his second start to the season.
Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, told Pollard that the 2019 fourth round pick is Ezekiel Elliott's best negotiator: "Who? Now, who's Zeke?"
Elliott stays away from the team while the offensive midfielder seeks a new contract. In his absence, Pollard could have an immediate impact on the Dallas offense.
Pollard had five runs for 42 yards and one touchdown in the second week against Rams.
Jones is sluggish about Pollard after the match and about the possibility that the rookie and Elliott complement each other on the pitch.
