Police arrested a 20-year-old man at his home in New Middletown after getting a video and information that he had posted on Instagram that would have shown him that he was shooting what appears to be a rifle. Assault, accompanied by sounds of sirens and cries.
James P. Reardon Jr. of Eastwood Drive faces telecommunication harassment and threatening charges after authorities reported threatening the post that marked the Jewish community center in Youngstown north of the city.
In the video, published on July 11, Reardon added the following caption: "The police identify the shooter of the center of the Youngstown Jewish family as the local white nationalist Seamus O'Rearedon," according to the authorities.
An investigation determined that the account belonged to Reardon, police said.
