Gordon was then reinstated by the NFL on Friday. After the Boston Globe, Gordon went to Gainesville, Florida, for his coaching and mental health counseling.
Since his reinstatement. the Pats put Gordon on the list of NFIs. According to CBS Sports, a player on the active / NFI list will count towards the 90-player line limit and may be removed from this list at any time. This will keep the other options in the list open. Gordon can not practice or participate in a game until he is removed from the NFI list.
In 11 games with the Patriots last season, Gordon has amassed 40 catches for 720 yards and three goals.
