Indiana State Trooper vehicle hit by dirty diaper

"The waste is always bad" tweeted police sergeant of the state of Indiana, Stephen Wheeles. "Destroy by throwing a worn-out layer through the window of the car just in front of a police officer asking for a ticket"

After working at the state fair in Indianapolis on Sunday, Wheeles was about to return home when the dirty act arrived. A diaper flew out of the car in front of him on I-65, hit the road several times and struck the front of his patrol car before disappearing under his vehicle, a- he told CNN.

The state soldier intercepted the vehicle and found a passenger at the back with a baby. The unnamed passenger did not admit that he had changed the baby's diaper, according to Wheeles.

Instead, the man told Wheeles that he had lowered the window and that the wind had blown off the coat. Wheeles let the man continue his day – but not before giving him a ticket for garbage.
