Apple plans to launch the Apple TV Plus subscription video service in November, around the time Disney Plus is about to begin, for $ 9.99 a month.

Apple TV Plus sinks in November with a "small selection" of broadcasts, reported Bloomberg, citing unnamed sources. At $ 9.99, which analysts say would be Apple's price, it would be lower than the standard Netflix package ($ 12.99) but higher than Disney Plus's ($ 6.99).

The question is whether consumers will find Apple TV Plus convincing enough to shell out $ 10 each month in the long run, given the many options available to them in extreme space – with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video which will be joined by WarnerMedia. The HBO Max and NBCUniversal streaming service in the months to come. The launch of Disney Plus is scheduled for November 12 in the United States, Canada and the Netherlands, followed a week later by Australia and New Zealand.

At the same time, Apple has "committed" up to $ 6 billion in original programming, against $ 1 billion previously spent. The Financial Times reported Monday, citing unnamed sources. However, the period covered by the $ 6 billion is unclear.

According to the Bloomberg report, the tech giant would spend about $ 300 million just for the first two seasons of The Morning Show. Apple has commissioned two seasons of 10 episodes of the morning drama series starring Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carell. That equates to $ 15 million per episode – about the same as what HBO spent for the last season of Game of Thrones.

The $ 9.99 per month rate for Apple TV Plus is the fee for the individual Apple Music service and for the Apple News Plus subscription plan. The company is also preparing Apple Arcade, a game subscription service.

Apple has not confirmed its price or launch date for Apple TV Plus. When she touted the shows and talents in March, the company announced that it would debut in the fall of 2019 in over 100 countries.

We still do not know what will be the Apple TV Plus range at launch. Given Apple's vogue, "The Morning Show" should be on the menu. On Monday, he released the first full trailer of the series. Given the slight initial offer, Apple is likely to launch Apple TV Plus with a free trial.

Other programs announced by Apple for the subscription streaming service include: "For All Mankind", Ronald D. Moore's drama series on the alternative story of the space race; "Little America", a series of anthologies based on real-life immigrant stories of Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon; Sara Bareilles / J.J. Abrams, romantic comedy drama "Little Voice"; "Dickinson", based on the life of the famous poet with Hailee Steinfeld in the lead role; and a restart of Steven Spielberg's series of anthologies "Amazing Stories".

Apple is still thinking about how it will publish episodes on Apple TV Plus. Rather than giving up whole seasons at the same time for episodes of bulimia (like Netflix), Apple plans to publish the first three episodes, the others being published weekly, according to the Bloomberg report.
