Thousands of people who planned to camp for three days of Phishing concerts at a stadium outside Denver will no longer be able to do so, fearing only fleas in and around dog burrows meadow could spread the plague.

The owner of the stadium has decided to ban camping during Labor Day weekend concerts. The group published the notice on its website on Tuesday.
