Apple has released iOS 13 beta 8 – BGR

[ad_1]

Another day, another beta 13 iOS! Apple has released iOS 13 beta 8 and iPadOS beta 8 for developers – apparently a little ahead of schedule since iOS 13 beta 7 was released last week. Or maybe this one was ahead of schedule. This does not matter, since iOS 13 beta 9 will probably be put aside tomorrow! But seriously, iOS 13 beta 8 and iPad OS 13 beta 8 are filled with bug fixes and other stability improvements, so install these new updates as soon as possible.

Wondering if your device is compatible with iOS 13 or iPadOS 13? Almost anything that is capable of running iOS 12 is also compatible with iOS 13, with a few exceptions. Here is the complete list of compatible devices:

  • iPhone 8 Plus
  • iPhone 7

As you probably already know, installing a new iOS 13 or iPadOS beta on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch could not be easier. Just navigate to settings > General > Software update then tap "Download and install" at the bottom of this page. If you wish, you can also install the update via iTunes by connecting your iOS device to a computer. Whichever method you choose, just make sure you back up your device before installing the update. This is a beta, after all, so anything can happen.
