It could have been a coincidence, but they succeeded. It's always a headache when wax museums tackle beloved celebrities. Madame Tussauds is a world-renowned brand that, for the most part, has been able to replicate images of some of our favorite famous figures, including characters, in their many international locations. Earlier this month, we had announced that their Las Vegas museum would unveil their model of singer Aaliyah, and on Wednesday they shared her wax figurine during a special unveiling ceremony. In four days, the singer will have lost her life in a plane crash as she and her singer tried to leave the islands and return to Florida. They had just filmed the video clip of Aaliyah 's "Rock the Boat" single when a series of unfortunate events caused the crash of the plane. Six people died in the wreckage. Aaliyah was 22 years old. Her memory survived in her music and Madame Tussauds wanted to preserve the young icon at best. They decided to go with his "Try Again" look and a lot of fans were thrilled. Take a look at some photos and answers below and tell us if they got the right one.
