The teams exchanged pits to start the game. After the Seattle kick gave the ball to the Chargers from the age of 20, an ineffective pair of offensive snaps placed them in the third and seventh, but Taylor found Henry for 10. yards and a new game of points. Taylor then took a 20-meter race. Two games later, he met Mike Williams for 11 yards. Three other ineffective offensive games later, they were bailed out by officials. Then, following a penalty of maintaining defense, Tyrod Taylor handed the ball to Austin Ekeler. There was another flag. This time it was a cut block of Hunter Henry. After a foul play action, Taylor got a 5 win. Then, on the 2nd try, he found Artavis Scott over center for a 15-point recovery. On the third try, Taylor looked for Geremy Davis on the sticks to the right of the field, but Davis was unable to carry it. Michael Badgley attempted a shot in the middle of the field and it was well 40 yards away.
After a send-off, the Seahawks scored 20, they started by giving the ball to Rashaad Penny, who was stopped after a 5-yard gain. They then tried to complicate the game by sending the ball to Tyler Lockett, who picked up 6 and moved the chains. On the first floor, Russell Wilson shot the shotgun shot and he looked deeply, but Rayshawn Jenkins was there to break the pass. Penny ran for 7 yards on 2nd and 3rd Wilson scrambled for another 1st. Patrick Afriyie made a pass in the backfield at the next shot. In the next play, Wilson had all the time he needed and found Lockett for another first goal in the middle. It was still Lockett a piece later for another big win this time on the left side of the field. Isaac Rochell made his presence felt by making a stop in the backfield the 2nd goal. The 3rd and 9th, Wilson looked for her pass and, after a few missed tackles, Penny was still short of sticks. Seattle chose to go the 4th, and Penny managed to get the necessary yards and more to enter the end zone for 6.
After recovering the ball after a touchdown, the Chargers took over and Ekeler picked up 9 points on 1st. In the absence of shotgun with an empty field, Taylor had Ekeler wide, wide open and had missed him a long time. The third set, Taylor took a 1st goal. On what looked like a broken piece, Taylor was sacked for a huge loss. After a check, Ekeler was found just one meter from the 3rd. On 4 and 4, the Chargers kept their attack on the field. Taylor unfortunately missed the shot to return the ball.
After taking over in midfield, the Seahawks lost little time moving the ball into the field. An 11-yard reception from Jaron Brown was completed with a 9-yard run by C.J. Prosise to set up the first goal. Prosise quickly made it on his next take. They then missed the extra point.
After the kickoff, Cardale Jones and the offensive took the field. Jones quickly found Virgial Green for 13 yards. Jackson took hold of a reading option and struggled with a bad lock to get a positive distance, but a hold penalty made him back off. Scott appeared again during the 2nd downhill, however, and picked up a new series of runs. Jackson received the call for the next two games rushing for 6 and 1 yards respectively before the 2-minute warning. After a 2-yard pass to Troymaine Pope, they tried the 4th duel and the block was just not there for Pope who was stopped before the stick.
Geno Smith took over and placed his receiver immediately in position to take a beating in the middle, as he always did. Then he missed at the bottom of the right-hand line. The next call was played on the screen and Prosise had 14 yards. Gary Jennings opened on the left side, but Smith's pass pushed him off the field for an incomplete. At 2nd, Smith came out and easily climbed for another 1st. Penny had the 1st floor call and raised 5 yards. Some incomplete passes later, they lined up to attempt a 53-yard placement that they missed. A 5-yard penalty gave them a second chance out of 58. Jason Myers, of course, converted his 58 yards. A squib kick then ended the half.
The first melee game was a huge pass game from Geno Smith. Jennings added another piece to the next slam. Jacob Hollister saw the next target and attracted him for another 1st goal. After three passes, the Seahawks gave J.D. McKissic the following four games and split the defense. A McKissic reception brought them into the Chargers' 5-meter line. On 3rd and 3rd, Smith decided to keep the ball and Chris Peace stopped him in front of the line of scrimmage. For the fourth goal, the Seahawks needed only one meter and Smith was almost chosen by Desmond King. If King had found it, he might have looked at it. Instead, it was only a turnover.
Taking over from inside their own 2-yard race line, the Chargers attempted to gain space by throwing the ball to first base, but without much success. Jackson caught a pass in the 2nd floor downstairs that worked slightly better. The 3rd and 6th, Jones could not connect to Andre Patton and the Chargers were forced to make the punt. The Seahawks choked the loose ball, but the ball earned them a happy rebound and they kept the ball.
After two races for a total of 11 yards, John Ursua contacted Smith for considerable gain after a foul play action. Smith then scrambled for another 6 yards. Homer received the call at the next moment and moved the sticks. After a short race, the Seahawks tried a short pass and got enough yards to set up a 3rd and easy to manage. They tried to knock him down and blew up the game. On the 4th, they went to McKissic again and he was able to get the distance needed to create the 1st and the goal. The pressure of Jaylen Watkins forced a wandering pass. Homer was arrested for a brief gain that resulted in another 3rd try. Smith did not find anyone open and scrambled, which earned him 6 easy points.
Easton Stick started the fourth quarter with a 10-yard run and completed his first pass for Sean Culkin for a quick win. His next pass was a 10-meter completion on the ground. In his next shot, he kept the ball, broke a tackle and just crossed the line of scrimmage. He then made a wandering deep pass on the right side of the field. The 3rd and 10th, he found Culkin in the center and he managed to win for the first time. Pope got the ball on 1st and collected half of the yards needed for another 1st goal. A bubble screen for Scott was good for another 1st goal. Pope again called his number, he went quickly north and south and moved the chains. Stick gained time, unfolded and found Patton in the end zone for the Chargers' first touchdown. Ty Long then missed the extra point attempt.
The excellent report from the Chargers allowed the Seahawks to start in their 20th. X Xavier Turner was stopped without gain. Then Travis Homer was stopped for a quick win on the first run and the offensive dug a deeper hole with a false start. Anthony Lanier II then blew another game in the backfield to force a punt.
Stick started the next pass with a 7-yard pass to Pope and a 15-yard pass to Jason Moore before his next pass was incomplete. A false start from Trey Pipkins III made it 2nd and long. A pass from the screen to Derrick Gore almost garnered enough yards (well, he still has 7 yards) to reach the sticks despite a bad lock. The next pass for Gore was not as successful and led to a fourth run. Jordan Smallwood knew where the sticks were and lowered the 1st. The pope again hit the ball from the ground 1 and it sank inside the 5. The stick decided to keep the ball in the next drive and it 's ok. is rushed for a touchdown. The point after Long's attempt was then blocked.
A short pass, an incomplete pass and a Chris Peace bag ended the Seattle campaign and gave Easton Stick another chance.
Stick took control near midfield and started things off with a short pass to Detrez Newsome who came off the field. A low pass for Malachi Dupre was incomplete, as Stick could not get into the shot. Stick was under immediate pressure and sent a left-handed pass to Newsome that would have been better missed. On the 4th, Down, Judge Liggins was wide open and Liggins could not stand to drag the pass that had been thrown behind him.
Seattle took over and overtook the clock while the Chargers were sitting on their last stop.
