A new batch of spy photos offers a fabulous look at the new generation of Porsche 911 Turbo. This car seems to carry almost no camouflage, with the exception of small signs on each side of the taillights.

The front end of the new 911 Turbo looks like the last Carrera. The main difference at the front is at the level of the fascia where the openings between the turn signals and the body of the bumper are larger.
The biggest visual differences between the Turbo and the Carrera are at the rear. The wings are larger and have creeks. There is also a larger active rear spoiler, rather than the Carrera's design that simply tilts up and down. The big opportunities in the bumper are also a major change.
These photos do not provide a magnificent view of the interior of the Turbo. Looking through the windows of the cabin, there is no visible alteration of the Carrera. Possible modifications could include different trim and thicker seats.
The powertrain of the new 911 Turbo would be an updated version of the current 3.8 liter three-cylinder 3.8 liter flatbed engine. Rumors suggest that the mill would produce 600 horsepower (447 kilowatts) for the standard version. The most powerful Turbo S would produce about 640 hp (477 kW). The transmission would likely consist of an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox and an all-wheel drive.
Given that the Porsche development team is using so little camouflage on this test mule and that there are so many previous spy throws of the vehicle, the new 911 Turbo could make its debut very soon. The Frankfurt Motor Show will be held in September and could be an ideal venue for an unveiling. The Turbo Convertible is also on the way, but do not try to unveil it before the hardtop.
