Hurricane Dorian should hit Florida as a Category 4 storm

Hurricane Dorian is now a Category 2 storm that is getting more and more terrifying at the moment. He is still on the right track to make Florida a catastrophic category. This would make the most powerful hurricane that hit the east coast of the state since Andrew in 1992. A state of emergency is in place for all of Florida and part of Georgia. David Begnaud reports.
