ODESSA, TX (KOSA) – A GoFundMe page has been created for Midland Police Officer Zack Owens.
He was hit several times by the arm and the hand according to the page.
He also has splinters of glass in his eyes, which, according to one of his family, is his most serious injury.
An Odessa police officer and a soldier from the state of Texas were also shot dead Saturday. Investigators say neither one nor the other have life-threatening injuries.
