Sleep Trailer Doctor

In Sleep doctor, a vampire roving pack is about to kill those who possess the supernatural powers that Danny is now called The Shining. Kyliegh Curran stars as a girl with similar powers who is on the run from these terrifying people led by Rebecca Ferguson. It sounds like a kind of film completely different from The Shining, but honestly, it's way better than trying to travel the same territory. But that does not mean that the influences of the 1980 movie will be nonexistent.

Director Mike Flanagan told us during a fixed visit for Sleep doctor that it is at once a continuation of the film version of The Shining and the book of Stephen King. This is an interesting approach because the film has moved a little away from the book, so much so that King did not like the adaptation of the film. But with this sequel, fans of one or the other (or both) will get something that they hope to love.

Still irrevocably marked by the trauma that he endured when he was a child at Overlook, Dan Torrance has been fighting to find a semblance of peace. But this peace is broken when he meets Abra, a brave teenager with her own powerful extrasensory gift, known as "shine". Acknowledging instinctively that Dan shares his power, Abra looked for him, desperately eager to help him against the ruthless Rose the Hat and his followers, The True Knot, who feed on the brilliance of innocent in their quest for immortality.

Forming an unlikely alliance, Dan and Abra embark on a brutal battle for life or death with Rose. Abra's innocence and his daring fearlessness forces Dan to use his own powers like never before: he must immediately face his fears and awaken the ghosts of the past.

Sleep doctor opens November 8, 2019.
