Kristin Cavallari's fans have called the reality TV star about an Instagram article "Always Remember" that she had published on Sept. 11, prompting the taster's team to switch to damage control mode, claiming that the fault was not that of Cavallari, but that of a social media employee.
The former cast member "Laguna Beach" had to face criticism for a tribute made on September 11, judged "super insensitive" and "deaf-mute" because the picture shows the 32-year-old posing on a New York sidewalk in a plunging black dress.

The photo also features several fashion designers, including his own brand Uncommon James, makeup artist Robert Sesnek and stylist Owen Gould.
Originally, she had subtitled the photo "NYC for 24 hours, and what a time to be here … always remember," but soon changed after all the negative comments .
In a few hours, Cavallari took even more radical measures. She fired the social media staff member who posted the photo and wrote the caption of her account.
The Cavallari representative confirmed the release of the employee at Fox News Wednesday. "Yes, that's fine," said the representative.
