The oldest veteran of the Second World War celebrates his 110th birthday

Lawrence Brooks of New Orleans would be the oldest American veteran of the Second World War.

Mr. Brooks celebrated his 110th birthday at the World War II National Museum in New Orleans.

Members of his family, veterans and current members of the military joined him at the museum, where they were celebrated with cakes and a musical show.
