When Rachel Perman announced to her son that he could celebrate his fifth birthday with a photo shoot, he obviously chose his favorite movie, "Up". Elijah, 5, loves the Pixar classic. So it was a dream come true that to dress like the characters.

Elijah is disguised as Russel and had the idea of incorporating his 90-year-old grandparents under the name of Carl and Ellie. Richard and Caroline Bain, real-life love birds, were spitting image of the bustling couple.

Perman, a part-time photographer, took the photos herself and posted them on Facebook, where they became viral. Elie's twin sister, Emilee, also organized a birthday photo shoot. She decided to pose with a horse dressed as a unicorn.

Perman explained on Facebook that she does not always publish personal photos on her professional page, but that these images have taken off on social networks. She explained to CBS News the driving force behind the photoshoot.

"Five years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer just after the birth of my twins and I was even scared to see their fifth birthday," CBS News told Perman. "My oldest was 5 years old at the time and I hated not knowing if I would get the same time with them as me."

She had been sick for about a year and is now in remission. She went to the fifth birthday of her twins, which she was not sure about. So, she wanted to party in a meaningful way. "It's a party for me and them!" she said.
