At the news of the separation of Zooey Deschanel with her husband Jacob Pechenik still fresh, the New girl star would be inspecting new relationships in real estate. A source tells People 39-year-old actress and singer has a romantic relationship with Jonathan Scott, 41, of the HGTV series Brothers of the property.
