This season, Rocha paid tribute to his Irish roots, inspired by the Irish Wren Boys, who traditionally hunted the Wren on St. Stephen's Day. Rocha staged the Alexandra Palace Theater, a recently restored Victorian theater. For spring, her organza was embroidered with English daisies and blackberry berries; feathered dresses were superimposed. with macrame hay harnesses and raffia, in the exaggerated silhouettes of Rocha. The designer has also featured a host of Irish characters, including actresses Olwen Fourere, Jessie Buckley, Simone Kirby and Valene Kane, to name a few.
