Marion County, Florida (WCTV) – The Marion County Sheriff's Office announced that a 32-year-old mother, missing for six weeks, had been found dead near Brantley County, Georgia.
Members say Casei Jones, Cameron Bowers, 10, Preston Bowers, 5, Mercalli Jones, 2, and Aiyana Jones, 1, were last seen in Ocala, Florida. Jones' family reported his disappearance Saturday night. Jones' family and friends told the deputy ministers that they had neither seen nor heard him during those six weeks and worried about his safety.
The detectives continue their investigation of his missing children.
Jones' husband, Michael Jones Jr., was also found in Georgia and is questioned about his death. At present, an arrest warrant has been issued against him for second degree homicide.
MPs said Jones may be driving a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with the Florida 91SEJ license plate.
