Jesse Watters attacks Beto O 'Rourke and claims that he "reduced his candidacy" with gun control

Former Beto representative O 'Rourke, D-Texas, has turned his candidacy into the presidency into a single campaign with his latest statements on gun control, according to Jesse Watters.

The Liberal Democrats have always wanted to erode the rights of the Second Amendment, but thanks to O 'Rourke, they have been portrayed as politically radical on the issue, Watters said Monday in "The Five."

"I do not think people are happy about it, even Buttigieg," he said, referring to his South Bend, South Bend, Indiana's comments on Sunday.

"The Democrats have always wanted to take your weapons." Beto is the one who is stupid enough to say it.

"Beto is a human child – I sincerely think that he has been seriously and really affected by the mass shootings, but he has now reduced his candidacy to a single problem that will never become anything at the national level."

In the last party debate last week, O & # Rourke said: "Good God," in response to a question about the AR-15's mandatory redemptions. Watters said that this moment has changed the dynamics of the race.

"You always wanted to scratch the second amendment, and Beto came up with a chainsaw and said: let's go," added the host of "Watters' World."

Watters told Juan Williams, co-host, that Democrats tend to win national elections when his candidates appear moderate, but not when they act like O. Rourke.

He told Williams that because of the implementation of strict arms control policies, Americans with guns are less trusting of Democrats.

Williams responded by telling the "The Five" panel that O 'Rourke was simply expressing himself in the same "harsh and extreme terms" as the National Rifle Association – but on the opposite side of the matter.

After Buttigieg's Sunday appearance on CNN in which he talked about what he saw as more moderate gun control measures in the presidency, O'Rourke responded explicitly on Twitter.

"S – that's not enough, or the polls do not test your message.Armed violence is a vital or deadly issue," he said.
