I am surprised that Jacksonville is listed as high as it is. I imagine that's because the asking price is so high – probably two top players – but any team in the running would be crazy not to take it. The chefs are already gone, but that would be an ideal choice. Their high school is not good, but it's a Super Bowl candidate.
