MediEvil, the remake of the classic 1998 PlayStation cult hack-and-slash game will be available at the end of October, but eager players will have a chance to demonstrate the game a little earlier. Sony announced during its livestream State of Play that the MediEvil A short demo will be available on the PlayStation Store today.
The demo should give players a glimpse of the game's new combat, which should include everything from bows to arrows, swords and axes. But it would not be MediEvil Sir Daniel, the protagonist of the skeleton, disengaging himself from his arm and using it as a weapon also seems to be an option of the demo.
MediEvilThe demo also includes a special reward for players who will unlock in the full game: Dan's helmet. What the helmet will do is not entirely clear, but if you play the demo, at least you will have it. The demo will only be available until October 6th. MediEvil will be published in full on 25 October.
