The marital problems of Teresa and Joe Giudice will be at the center of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Joe appeared via a phone call from prison in the new Season 10 trailer, starting a heated discussion with Teresa in front of their daughter Gia.
"Agree, as if I even wanted to get married?" Joe asked Teresa. "No."
A furious Teresa asked Gia, "See what I'm going to get?"
"It's your personal business with my father," Gia shouted. "Enough!"
Joe, 47, appeared on the phone in another scene and told 47-year-old Teresa: "I am being deported and that's all there is to it." Meanwhile, his daughters and Teresa cried.
"I do not know if I'm ready to let him go," Gia shouted.
Joe, who was released from prison earlier this year after being convicted of fraud, is awaiting a decision in his deportation case since he appealed the decision earlier this year. He asked a judge to send him back to Italy on Tuesday while the case would continue.
Teresa was then shot in the caravan when co-starred Margaret Josephs accused her of being out of Joe.
"Teresa is having a cocktail all night with a young man," she said as she was shooting pictures of Teresa dancing with a guy.
It is unclear whether it was Blake Schreck, 26, with whom Teresa was spotted in Miami. His lawyer, James J. Leonard, denied that these two men were more than friends.
"Who said I cheated?" Teresa launched as co-stars Jackie Goldschneider and Melissa Gorga watched him. "It's f-d up! It's f-d up! '
"She's out of control," Gorga said in another clip. "It's embarrassing."
