Triple strength Friday until next week, but today, Lucasfilm wanted to show the assembly of the goods that will be available from October 4. Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker when they first saw action figures, their LEGO sets and their Funko POPs, they showed only a very small taste of the merchandise for sale.
We've put together some of our favorite new releases that will be available for sale, including the first list of Black Series miniatures (which now features a new variant of some characters), the initial Funko POP wave, a new interactive DO droid. , LEGO game sets and more. Discover some of Star Wars: The rise of Skywalker toys and collectibles below.
Black series figurines
The first series of figures in the Black Series series includes a new version of Rey, this time accompanied by the little droid D-O, and a new version of Kylo Ren with his reconstructed helmet. We also have the new Jet Trooper, Sith Trooper and Elite Snowtrooper. The only new signature character is Jannah, who has a good amount of weapon accessories.
It is interesting to note that there is also a new variant of the charred collection (seen above compared to the standard version), which takes some figures and gives them a more metallic paint job. In this first wave, there will be charred versions of the Sith Trooper (lower left) and the First Order Jet Trooper, the latter being available exclusively at Walmart.
Vintage Collection Figurines
The Vintage collection is still alive, but it barely clings to the traditional 3.75-inch line of figures, which was once a staple of Star Wars toy releases. There are only a few figurines from the Vintage Collection that are coming out of the portal for The rise of Skywalker, and others will surely come, but it seems that the largest 3.75-inch line of figurines is almost dead.
Fortunately, they still make vehicles for the Vintage Collection figures, and this one shows the new Poe Dameron X-wing that has replaced the black and orange scene with something of beige and orange with accents. blue.
Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures figures
Instead of the 3.75-inch figures that defined the Star Wars line, it seems that kids are being targeted by the new Galaxy of Adventures line of numbers. They are based on animated character designs that come from short films that have appeared on the Web for some time.
We'll admit that these stylized caricature figures look pretty cool, but we'll miss the classic Star Wars lines we've had all these years.
Funko POP
Of course, there is a large collection of POP Funko. Although there have been leaks of other characters coming from The rise of Skywalker, these are the first that will be available on Triple Force Friday for the new film. There are not really any spoilers here, so we will probably be waiting for more characters to come closer to the release of the movie, and we know that they will come through Funko's packaging. POPs already accidentally left in the wild.
LEGO sets
The first LEGO sets for The rise of Skywalker are damn cool. We are getting new versions of the Starfighter classics in Y-wing and A-wing, now resistance ships instead of rebel ships.
In addition, there is a Pasaana Speeder game board and new versions of the Kylo Ren shuttle and the Millennium Falcon, each with new action figures.
Droid interactive D-O
Back when the force awakens The Sphero interactive droid BB-8 was a popular gadget that Star Wars fans wanted. This year, Hasbro brings us a new droid to play with D-O. But this one does not seem to be cheaper than the Sphero droid, at $ 149.99.
You can drive D-O with a downloadable application with different modes. It turns on and reproduces the sounds of the movie. The D-O's head and antenna also move, and in one way or another, its wheel is self-balancing, which means it will not rock easily. He even has a ball with which he can play.
New FX Force Kylo Ren Lightsaber
Kylo Ren had previously had a Force FX lightsaber released, but it is part of the Force FX Elite lineup. The Elite part is the metal handle instead of sturdy plastic. In addition, this version has buttons on the handle to activate the progressive ignition, the battle effect, the fusion effect and the unstable plasma effect. But that means it will cost you even more with a salty price of $ 299.99. But it seems that its quality is as good as that of the lightsabers sold at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, which is pretty cool.
