The iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro bring amazing features to the camera, but some changes might cause you to wonder where the usual features have been moved. Learn how to take photos with the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro Camera app.

The iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro feature a new camera application that includes exclusive features such as Night Mode, a new ultra-wide lens, and so on. In addition to the changes to the Camera application's user interface on the latest iPhones, some features are a little hidden and do not immediately determine how to access them.

  1. Open the Camera application
  2. If you see a ^ at the top center of your screen, tap it or slide your finger up in the viewfinder.
  3. Now you will see a camera control toolbar just above the shutter button
  4. Tap the timer icon to choose an option 3 or 10
  5. You will see what you have selected confirmed in the upper right corner (bottom right in landscape orientation).
  6. Press the shutter button or a volume button to start the self-timer

Note: Some camera modes such as Video, Slo-mo, Pano, etc. do not allow access to the toolbar or to have a different toolbar.
