And Rebel Wilson, 40, found a unique way to practice his weightlifting skills on Sunday by carrying boxes of newly purchased firewood in the trunk of his car in Los Angeles.
The Australian actress, who has lost around 20 kg (44 pounds or 3.1 pounds) since January, grimaced as she clutched a large box with both hands.

She showed off her sleek frame in a pair of wet look leggings and a blue skivvy long sleeve, and accessorized with cat eye sunglasses.
Seeking the action, the Pitch Perfect star added a pair of black and pink sneakers and tucked her hair into a hassle-free ponytail.
Last month, Rebel revealed she was only three kilograms (6.5 pounds) away from reaching her weight goal of 75 kg (165 pounds or 11.8 pounds).

At the time, she said that while she is still healing herself, she has found ways to indulge that don’t necessarily involve food.
“Remember girls, you always have to have fun. I just do it with food now only once or twice a week … and I replace the bubble baths every other night, ” she wrote on Instagram on October 5.
Part of Rebel’s remarkable transformation was due to following the Mayr Method diet, according to a report released by People in June.

A source told the publication that she had achieved “ amazing results ” changing her eating habits while staying at Austrian health and wellness retreat Vivamayr last year, and has continued to follow the plan.
The Mayr Method is an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, strengthens the immune system, and reduces inflammation.
“She works out with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes for walks and tries to increase her protein intake nutritionally,” the source added.

“I know she’s also working on conquering her emotional eating behaviors.
This isn’t the only change Rebel has undergone recently, as it was revealed last month that she was dating Anheuser-Busch brewing heir Jacob Busch.
The couple have already embarked on a series of lavish vacations together, most recently in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
