Big Ben gives Steelers a head start with Claypool TD
Ben Roethlisberger put the Steelers in the lead late against Baltimore with a long TD practice topped off by a perfect corner to Chase Claypool for TD. It was impressive to say the least. The Steelers used plenty of empty sets without a running back while relying on passing play in an effort to avoid clashing with the strength of the Ravens’ defense.
Zimmer forces fumble to win game for Bills
While the Patriots and Cam Newton tried to score a TD or an even basket, Bills defenseman Justin Zimmer made the game of his life.
Rodgers finds Adams for his third TD
It’s another huge game for Davante Adams and he topped it off with perfect focus on his third TD reception of the game. Unfortunately for Green Bay, that wasn’t enough to bring them back into this game.
AJ Brown breaks tackles, scores TD
The Titans couldn’t do much on offense all afternoon until AJ Brown showed exactly why he’s one of the NFL’s most complete receivers right now. En route to the end zone, Brown broke free of several weak tackles for TD.
Four Vikings lead, four Cook TD
On Minnesota’s first four drives of the game, Dalvin Cook scored a touchdown on all of them. Cook’s most impressive TD came on a screen pass in the second half. Cook did a perfect job of setting up his blockers and weaving for the score.
Big Ben in Ebron for TD
The Steelers continue to force Lamar Jackson to return the ball, but until the second half they were unable to capitalize on those turnovers. That changed in the second half when Ben Roethlisberger found Eric Ebron wide open on a crosser.
Hines adds to his TD total
It’s a breakout week for fantasy football’s hottest waiver thread pickup after week 1 – which had since done next to nothing. It’s fantastic football for you! Nyheim Hines added to his receiving touchdown total with another well-run route near the touchline. You probably haven’t heard that much so far in 2020, but Philip Rivers is taking care of it.
Grant hosts TD punt return
Jakeem Grant is one of the most electric returning men in the NFL and he delivered an 88 yard punt return at home for Miami – their second defensive or special team scoring of the game. Tua’s debut didn’t go exactly as planned or planned, but an underrated and stingy Miami defense continues to give the Dolphins a shot at winning in almost every game.
Tua makes up for early fumble with TD pass
Tua is on the set with his first career TD Pass! After Dolphins defensive tackle Christian Wilkins fell into the coverage zone and intercepted Jared Goff, Tagovailoa led his first goal of his career. He topped it off with a beautifully thrown TD pass to DeVante Parker.
Hines with a TD spinning and jumping
Nyheim Hines has arguably made the most impressive individual play on the first list of games so far when he got to the rim, turned around in the field of play, and then jumped into the end zone. Hines hit the ball over the goal for the score.
Not the start Tua hoped for
In his first offensive possession as a starter for Miami, things didn’t go exactly as planned for Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins. Los Angeles’ much-vaunted passing rush took pressure and forced the sack and fumble – the Rams then recovered and would score a TD a few games later. This probably isn’t the highlight you expected for Tua’s first departure; If the Dolphins don’t do something quick to block Aaron Donald, it could be a long day.
Hardman takes the push pass to the end
The Chiefs made the pushing game popular in the NFL, and while many teams have taken their idea and used it themselves, Kansas City still leads the way. The Chiefs got the first TD off the slate this Sunday on the board with a push pass to Mecole Hardman for the TD.
The weather will have an impact on the matches of week 8
We are at a time of the year when the weather will play a major role in deciding the point total and the results of this week’s game list. However, it is important to note that when evaluating the impact of weather on games, it is essential to focus on the wind more than anything else.
