Cuomo also noted an increase in cases over the past two months and warned of the period until Biden is sworn in.
“If this administration sets up a flawed vaccination plan, that’s going to be a problem because it’s going to be very difficult for the Biden administration to go back.”
Biden said after being declared the winner of the 2020 race on Saturday that he would announce his COVID-19 task force on Monday.
“I will appoint a group of leading scientists and experts as transition advisers to help implement Biden-Harris’ COVID plan and convert it into an action plan that begins January 20,” Biden said .
