Chrishell Stause denies having an affair with DWTS partner Gleb Savchenko

Chrishell Stause denies that she and her DWTS partner Gleb Savchenko had an affair after announcing the end of her 14-year marriage to Elena Samodanova.

Responding to ‘rumors’ their friendship had turned into romance, the 39-year-old Selling Sunset star set the record straight with a statement on Friday.

“I am so saddened by the news of Gleb and Elena’s split. It is unfortunate that this has sparked rumors about my personal life, ” she wrote on an Instagram story.

She continued, “ Having gone through a public split myself, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. As you can imagine, the countless hours of training and dance rehearsals created a strong, supportive friendship, but nothing more.

Former All My Children ex-husband Justin Hartley filed for divorce in November 2019, shortly after their second wedding anniversary and six years of dating.

While her and Savchenko’s chemistry was palpable in ABC’s dance competition series, an E! A news source has revealed that she will ‘never interfere’ with a marriage.

“ Gleb and Chrishell are not dating and Chrishell was not the cause of the split, ” an insider told the outlet. “Gleb and Elena were going to separate before the season and didn’t get along.

Last month, the dancing duo raised their eyebrows after sending them an extravagant bouquet of pink roses after their ‘first fight’.

At the time, Stause explained that they were arguing because they “ both care so much ” and he is “ passionate ” about his work on the dance floor.

The couple – who were knocked out of the competition this week – ‘were in the spotlight’ after the big fight, a source told Page Six, as their disagreement was apparently so overwhelming that Chrishell refused to make the press after the show.

In a recent interview with People before her divorce was announced, the actress said Savchenko was the “ absolute best ”.

“I absolutely love him. He’s so patient and he just knows … he knows how to push me, but not in an intimidating way, and I think that’s kind of what I was afraid of working with a pro. I just felt there was a lot of intimidation there with the feeling that they are going to be disappointed when they find out they were matched with you because there are people who are already so talented. ” , she told the publication.

On Saturday, Savchenko’s ex-wife accused the Dancing With The Stars pro of “permanent infidelity” and “irrevocably” breaking his trust.

Without going into details, she said that she could no longer ‘turn’ her ‘head the other way’ and that her confidence in Gleb was irrevocably shattered.

“It’s time for me to step back and start healing so that I can be the best version of myself for my daughters,” she concluded.

With a “ heavy heart, ” Gleb broke news of the split to fans on social media on Friday, posting a statement and a photo of his family at the beach.

“ It is with a heavy heart that I tell you that my wife and I are going their separate ways after 14 years of marriage, ” Gleb wrote in the caption.

Elena broke the news on her Instagram Stories, where she shared a photo of herself and Gleb in happier times.

“After 14 years of marriage with my deepest sorrow, our road is coming to an end,” Elena wrote.

She also posted an enigmatic message about going back on her word.

“ I don’t hate you, I’m just disappointed you turned everything you said you would never be, ” the post read.

Gleb and Elena married in 2006 and share their daughters Olivia, 10, and Zlata, three.

He is originally from Moscow, Russia, and started performing for Dancing With The Stars in Australia in 2012.

He has been performing as a professional dancer for the American off-on version since 2013.

Elena is also a professional dancer, who owns and operates the Pro Dance LA ballroom dance studio with Gleb.
