Lisa Gregorian, president and chief marketing officer of Warner Bros. Television Group, is coming out at the end of the year, WarnerMedia said Monday. She held these positions since May 2010 and has worked in the company for more than three decades.
Karen Miller, currently EVP Creative Services, will take on some of Gregorian’s post-retirement roles, including leading marketing operations and creative services for the TV group. Miller will report to Channing Dungey, the new president of WBTV which will start next year.
This is the last big decision from the management of WBTV, after the departure of President Susan Rovner in September (she landed a big role at NBCUniversal last month). Dungey came to Netflix in October to succeed Peter Roth, who is leaving the studio after 22 years.

Warner Bros. Television Group is part of WarnerMedia’s Studios and Networks group, now overseen by Ann Sarnoff. The division also includes the WB Pictures group, HBO and HBO Max, DC, Cartoon Network, TBS, TNT, TruTV, Wizarding World, and consumer products, experiences and gaming units.

Gregorian started her association with Warner Bros in 1986 when she joined Lorimar Telepictures (the company was later acquired by WB). His previous roles at the WB have included Director, International Home Video & Caribbean Television, and Director, International Research & Pre-Sale Marketing. As President and Chief Marketing Officer, she led the studio’s global TV marketing unit, including creative services, distribution marketing, social media, brand integrations and advertising, also working cross-sectionally with DC, Warner Bros Home Entertainment, Warner Bros Consumer Products, The CW, WarnerMedia, and AT&T.
Prior to being augmented at WBTVG, she was SVP Warner Bros. Television Creative Services. She was then promoted to Vice President of Marketing, Warner Bros. International Television Distribution and Vice President of International Marketing and Research.

Miller led the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services Department of Warner Bros. She began her tenure at Warner Bros as Artistic Director of the Warner Bros International Television division.
