In an event that is getting a little too frequent, YouTube has some issues. Although the website itself is still working, we are unable to play a video because it gets stuck in an infinite loading loop. Judging by the reports, the premium streaming service YouTube TV is also affected, as is YouTube Music.
Google’s video service is generally strong, but this is the second time this year that I can think it has a major problem. Until the G Suite crash in August, I didn’t even notice that YouTube didn’t have a typical server status page to track issues.
If you’re having trouble watching videos on YouTube right now, you’re not alone – our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. We will follow up here with any updates.
