Kylie Jenner brought the Christmas spirit this week in the best way the beauty mogul can do.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder yesterday launched her ‘The Grinch’ inspired collection and, to celebrate the capsule sale, took to social media to show off her best take on an outfit inspired by the film’s main character.
The set paired a furry green mini dress with see-through thigh-high stockings and sheer PVC pumps and even included a matching green wig and bragging gloves.
Earlier in the week, Kylie showed off her more laid back side with a laid back look. For Tuesday’s outfit of the day, the media mogul posed alongside one of her many sports cars in a chic look that included a long-sleeved, twisted cropped top with a peek-a-boo window in front; She matched the bold top with her favorite mom jeans silhouette, opting for a dark pair.
To complete the resting ensemble, Kylie tapped into the ongoing collaboration between Vigil Abloh’s Off-White line and Michael Jordan’s eponymous label in a retro silhouette.
Off-White x Air Jordan 1 Retro High “White” released in March 2018 and instantly became a highly coveted model among sneakerheads. Made up of a mix of materials ranging from mesh panels to leather and suede panels, the tall model features recognizable accents from both brands – think the Jumpman logo and Abloh’s favorite Helvetica font. While the pair came out with a price tag of $ 190, they have now become a sought after set with high resale prices; a popular size can go up to $ 5,812 on the StockX.com resale site.
When it comes to sneakers, Kylie Jenner has an impressive history in the industry. Before becoming a beauty queen, the youngest sister Jenner herself organized several concerts in the world of sneakers. She previously served as a Puma brand ambassador before partnering with Adidas in August 2018, exclusively wearing Three Stripes styles in campaigns and on social media.
In early 2020, however, the media personality posted photos of herself wearing a series of Swoosh sneakers, leading fans to speculate that her contract with Adidas had expired.
