Chris Pratt jokingly encouraged his “Thor: Love and Thunder” co-star Chris Hemsworth to put on 25 pounds before they appeared onscreen together.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Pratt would reprise his role as Star-Lord’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Avengers” in the latest upcoming episode of Marvel Studios’ “Thor” franchise.
On Saturday, Hemsworth shared a photo of himself getting in shape to play the God of Thunder in his fourth standalone movie and his eighth Marvel movie overall. The 37-year-old actor is seen in the photo shirtless and lifting a huge wheel.
“Cheat day today. I decided to treat myself to this very large donut, my God, it’s heavy, ”he captioned the image jokingly.

Pratt, who is no stranger to getting in shape for a Marvel movie, took advantage of the post’s comments to playfully joke that he won’t be able to keep up with his co-workout routine. -star.
