Patrick Schwarzenegger pumps iron with fit dad Arnold before Thanksgiving dinner
Thanksgiving Day is as good as any other for exercise in the Schwarzenegger family.
Patrick Schwarzenegger, 27, posted a video to his Instagram story on Thursday doing some rehearsals before the holiday dinner.
Arnold, 73, pulled himself to the side and gave his son some encouraging words as he lifted heavy weights to his chest.

Although the Daniel Isn’t Real actor initially wanted to do eight reps, he decided to go the extra mile and do two more just for fun.
His determination impressed the former Mr. Universe title holder, who commented, “This man is a monster … He weighs 400 pounds.”
Patrick was pictured wearing a dark gray athletic shirt with matching shoes, a set of sweatpants and a yellow trucker cap; her father kept it simple in a blue T-shirt, black pants, and matching sneakers.

The Midnight Sun actor is Arnold’s third child with 65-year-old Maria Shriver; the former couple also share their daughters Katherine, 30, and Christina, 29, with their youngest child, Christopher, 23.
The two were married from 1986 until their separation in 2011 and their divorce in 2017; the breakup was sparked by the revelation that the Terminator actor previously had an affair with a former member of the household staff.
From his extramarital union, Schwarzenegger has a 23-year-old son, Joseph, who is said to be on good terms with his father.
Patrick has followed in his father’s acting footsteps from a young age, receiving his first role in the 2006 sports comedy The Benchwarmers.

With the support of his father, the actor went on to take on various roles in films, including the romantic drama Stuck in Love and the horror comedy Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, among others.
Schwarzenegger has also worked as a model in the past and has been featured in magazines such as Flaunt and Icon.
Patrick also had experience as an investor and was one of the first franchisees of the Blaze Pizza chain, opening several locations in the Los Angeles area.
