Governor approves Kauai mayor’s request to withdraw from pre-trip testing program

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) – Governor David Ige has approved a request by the mayor of Kauai to temporarily withdraw from the state’s pre-trip testing program, a move that will require all travelers to travel to Garden Isle – y including those from the neighboring island quarantined flights for 14 days on arrival.
