Ryan Seacrest is selling his Beverly Hills mansion for $ 85 million, TMZ reported Monday.
The host, 45, put his 9,000 square foot home on the market after buying it from Ellen DeGeneres for $ 39 million in 2012. The estate has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a kitchen. gourmet chef, cinema, spa, gym and mediation garden.
Seacrest is not done with Los Angeles yet – TMZ has reported that it will still be going to host “American Idol.” He currently lives in New York, where he hosts “Live with Kelly and Ryan”.
Kurt Rappaport, the deal’s real estate agent, did not respond immediately.
