Alison Brie accidentally shared an NSFW photo with Ellen DeGeneres the first time they met

Her first television role was in front of a live studio audience for the Hannah Montana show.

And now a star in her own right following the success of GLOW, Alison Brie recalled an embarrassing moment involving Ellen DeGeneres.

The 37-year-old actress accidentally flashed an unsafe-for-work photo to the talk show host, which was also the first time they had met.

While catching up with Ellen’s eponymous show, the ladies recalled the past and their unlikely meeting via a shared personal trainer.

“I’m so glad you remember we met before although I felt it was a little awkward for me because of the nature of our meeting,” Brie said.

“ I was rushing into the gym and got some kind of prank text that morning. And, you know, I’ve known our trainer Jason for a while, so I share things with him all the time.

Alison remembers participating in her workout and saying, “Everyone, you must see what I got on my phone!”

“And while I’m going to show him, you’re there, by the way, you’re sort of passing,” she said. ‘And you were like, “What’s going on?” And I turned around – I think before I realize it was you – I thought, “Look at this!” And, you know, it was a picture of a man’s lower regions.

“Good,” said Ellen without emotion.

“No one I knew, a stranger,” Brie added. “I had been getting these texts all morning and I really, really put them to you in front of you and I apologize.

Ellen didn’t seem to be in tune with the incident, but remembered Alison’s dedication to fighting for her role as a wrestler in the ’80s.

“I remember more than that, it was how strong you were, because you were training for GLOW. You were so impressive, it was intimidating, ” said Ellen. “I couldn’t believe how strong you were.
