Britney Spears turns 39 this week and in honor of the Princess of Pop’s special day her label released a new song.
RCA Records released an unreleased song called “Swimming in the Stars”, which was originally part of Spears’ album “Glory” in 2016.
The song is available for download on streaming services and can be ordered from Urban Outfitters as part of a limited edition “Glory” vinyl record.
The album was actually re-released in May and featured another relatively new song called “Mood Ring,” which was originally only billed as a bonus song on the album released in Japan.

He beat Lady Gaga’s “Chromatica”, landing number one on iTunes.
Spears spent her birthday in Hawaii with her boyfriend Sam Asghari. “It was like a little trip to heaven for a birthday party,” the singer wrote on social media as they stood next to a private jet.
The former Las Vegas performer and fitness model, 26, have been dating since 2017. They first met on the set of her music video for “Slumber Party” in 2016.
Asghari wrote a sweet message to the birthday girl on Instagram. “Happy birthday to my lioness ? ? ? we celebrated [sic] we’re going to celebrate until the end of the year ❤️ the cake has started …… “he wrote.
In November, Spears assured fans that she was doing well despite an ongoing legal drama in her life.

“Hi. So I know there has been a lot of comments and a lot of people have said a lot of different things about me, but I just want to let you know I’m fine,” the pop star said.
Spears added: “I am the happiest of my life.”
The mother of two finished the video: “I send you all a lot of prayers, wishes and a lot of love.”
The star has had a tumultuous year as she fought to end a lengthy guardianship that puts her under legal guardianship under her father Jamie. He makes a lot of choices about his financial and personal life.

Last summer it was reported that Spears was “strongly opposed” to her father resuming his duties as sole curator, while it was later reported that she had asked a trust company to resume these functions.
In August, legal guardianship was extended until 2021.
