  8. sa HK kung ndi ako nagkakamali ang rule nila ganito: may oras ng pagpark sa bawat lugar ksi may mga oras na busy ang place na yun so kpag yung driver umalis at may naiwang ksama sa loob ng sasakyan lalapitan ng pulis at sasabihan na bawal kya alisin ang sasakyan so sya yung magsasabi sa driver na natsek na tayo kya umalis na tayo agad agad…pero kpag nman nakita na nkapark at walang driver or any person inside ang timano may ticket ka sa harap ng sasakyan mo wla na silang 5 mins rule at towing…at ndi mo pwedeng takbuhan yun ksi kuha lahat ng mga pagkakakilanlan ng sasakyan mo kya wala kang mgagawa kundi mgbayad sa gov't office…kaya nman sobrang sinusunod ang rules nila dhil iniimplement nang maayos at dpat sumunod ka…mas mganda yun wala nang pagtatalo mangyayari kya minsan ngkakaroon pa ng sigalot or away…ang importante ipatupad ng tama at dpat khit high profile implement the rules.
